Terms and Conditions

At the end of the term, unsold items must be picked up.
(Unless otherwise agreed)

If they are not picked up, we will empty the shelf. This service will be charged with 20 €.
In addition, we will charge 18 € for the box where we will store the items, which you must pick up.
If you do not pick up the box within 5 working days, the items will be duly discarded or donated.

Although we expect to have only honest customers and the store is guarded, it is possible that, as in any store, theft may occur.
We are not responsible for the theft of individual items or damage to objects.

Prohibited:

• Sale of counterfeit branded products
• Sale of weapons or dangerous goods
• Sale of living beings
• Food sales

We reserve the right not to display items that we deem absolutely inappropriate.

Only private sellers are allowed.

If the rules are not respected, the rental agreement may be terminated at any time.

Our store basically functions as a flea market.
Items are sold “as is”.
No warranty.
No returns or exchanges are accepted.
